Is there any limit to the number of my referrals?No, You can refer as many as referrals for the Talent’d Open Jobs.

Who is eligible to participate in this program?Everyone is eligible for this program who knows someone might be a good fit for Talent’d Open Jobs (except for Recruiters and hiring managers for positions for which they’re hiring).

How is the referrer identified?Referrers will be identified by the combination of Name, Phone, and email ID (In case of two referrers refer, the same candidate in this case benefits will be allocated to the First referrer).

How does this referral program work?It is a three-step process, in the first step, you will have to fill out your’s and the candidate's information, in the second step candidate will go through the hiring process and once the candidate is successfully hired we will release your 10% share hiring success fee within 30 days from the date of hire.

How will I receive my rewards?Once your referral is successfully hired we will contact you to get your account details to process your rewards.
